Devron Mitchell is the president and cofounder of SELBI LLC, a Behavior Intervention company that specializes in working with youth dealing with trauma, and social-emotional issues.

In January of 2013, after working dead-end jobs, Devron made a decision that he would never work for any company that didn’t align with his purpose again. He knew that he was meant to make an impact on the younger generations, so he dedicated the next 7 years of his life to the youth field by beginning his career with a company called, The Sanneh Foundation and then in 2018, starting his own company SELBI LLC.

Before working in the youth field, Devron was heavily engaged in the music industry. He is a Grammy-nominated music producer and has over 20 years of music experience and training. With the belief that we must pay it forward, his mission is to teach young people all he can about life, music, and the music business so that he can prepare them for future success.

Devron is a Minnesota native, now residing in Augusta, GA with a business management background. Devron’s heart desire is to teach youth entrepreneurial concepts and principles and help them realize and achieve their dreams.
In November 2020, Devron connected with a pastor named Yannik McKie (CHOSEN). Both men, discovering that they both had alike visions for youth work and community outreach, decided to join forces to form what is now known as The Purpose Center in which Devron serves as COO and Music Director.
